Feel Great Friday: A Little Bit o’ Protein in Your Day

Here's a little protein boost you'll actually look forward to!

If you’re trying to add a little more protein to your day, you don’t always have to reach for heavy meats or cook a whole pan of eggs. Sometimes the simplest option is the one you’ll actually stick with. (Watch my TikTok here)

Try this easy, feel‑good combo:

  • about ½ cup cottage cheese
  • about ¼ cup guacamole
  • a sprinkle of seasoning salt and/or hot sauce (measure with your heart)
  • gluten‑free chips for dipping

It’s creamy, salty, satisfying — and surprisingly high in protein for how quick it is to throw together.

Options:

If you don't like the texture of cottage cheese or chunky guacamole, toss them in the blender for a couple of seconds to make everything silky and smooth.

For even more fun, air‑fry pepperoni slices until they’re crisp and use them as your “chips.” It adds extra protein and a little crunch without much extra effort.

Oh, and don't forget to put it in a fancy bowl or dish to make it feel special. You're worth getting out the 'good' dishes!

So, there it is...

A tiny shift, a little more protein, and a lunch that actually feels good.
