Ingredients

  • 2 hard‑boiled eggs, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh mozzarella pearls
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar or reduction
  • Salt + pepper
  • Optional: thin sliced red onion

Instructions
