“Support, Don’t Perfect.”

Here’s the mindset that changes everything on weekends:

Your goal isn’t to be perfect — your goal is to stay supported.

Perfection creates pressure. Support creates momentum.

When you shift into a “support, don’t perfect” mindset, you stop thinking in terms of:

  • “I blew it.”
  • “I’ll start over Monday.”
  • “I shouldn’t have eaten that.”

And instead you start asking:

  • “What would support me right now?”
  • “What would help me feel steady for the rest of the day?”
  • “What’s one thing I can do next that feels good for my body?”

Support looks like:

  • Drinking water before grabbing a snack
